It is located around Ayat village 300 meters away from the square. This site comprises around 112 private residential buildings. Here, we have six design options and five groups of average plot areas; namely, 215, 250, 300, 320, and 350.

With regards to apartment flats, the site has seven blocks in which the various types of flats including studios, one-bedroom typologies, two-bedroom typologies, and three-bedroom typologies are incorporated. Out of these seven blocks, only one has been unveiled for the time being.
